• Company due to time constraints does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels, and will not responsible for garments labeled hand wash only or dry clean only
• An additional 100% fee will be applied for urgent garment delivery.
• Laundry deliveries will be made in 72 Hours.
• Expect delivery of dry cleaned garments within 120 hours.
• For Free Pick up & Delivery, laundry orders should be of 5 KG or more
• Company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewelry, or anything else.
• We make every effort to adhere to our delivery schedule. If any unexpected delays occur, we will update you on the revised delivery times.
• We make every effort to remove stains; however, Diamond Dry Cleaners Pvt Ltd is not liable for stubborn or permanent stains. All items are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
• In the event of loss or damage, the company may reimburse up to three (3) times the cost of processing (laundry/dry cleaning), subject to review and approval by the company. Reimbursement will be provided in the form of services, not cash, and is contingent upon the customer presenting valid bills.
• We are not liable for any damage or loss of clothes resulting from fire, burglary, or other comparable incidents.
• We offer a 7-day warranty on articles from the delivery date for any quality concerns related to washing or dry-cleaning, as long as the items have not been used by the customer post-service. Quality claims beyond this period will not be considered.
• Garment pricing will be evaluated individually, taking into account the complexity of each garment. The rates listed in the price list are indicative and may not reflect the final charges.
• In cases of loss, damage, or delay due to force majeure events, the company disclaims any liability and will not offer compensation or adjustments to charges.
• Customers may receive updates, including transactional and marketing messages, through calls, SMS, email, or app notifications. If customers wish to discontinue these communications, they must contact the Customer Care Department to make a request.
• The tariff for designer wear will be assessed individually based on the complexity of each garment. The final cost will be communicated to the customer after the garment is examined by an expert at the processing center.
• Our technicians will use the best cleaning methods suited to your garments. This may involve various techniques, including emulsifier, detergent, and softener washes; gentle cleaning for delicate fabrics; or advanced technologies like perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon.
• We are actively present on all major social media platforms.
• Any items entrusted to the company for cleaning or repair will be referred to as ‘articles’ throughout this agreement.
• We reserve the right to utilize images of your clothing for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Items must be collected within [specific time period, e.g., 30 days] of notification of completion. Items not collected within this period may be disposed of or donated.
• We strive to provide timely service. However, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

All disputes are subject to Patna jurisdiction only.
